To further support our customers, PoolSmart will match the manufacturer warranty of all equipment installed by our experienced technicians, and provide support throughout the manufacturer warranty period. We will assist with all pertinent diagnostics, assessments, estimates, warranty claims and qualifying repairs free of charge. All warranty requests are acted upon within 48 hours of review. Improper maintenance, care and/or utilization may void this warranty if it's found that manufacturer specifications and recommendations have not been met.
